Inside a New RV Garage Home in Eagle's Benari Community

Rachel Dau - Living in Idaho • September 26, 2026

I'm standing in my parents' neighborhood right now. They can walk to downtown Eagle from here, and so can the buyer who picks this house. That's the kind of location we're talking about, not just proximity to Boise, but the most requested suburb in the Treasure Valley, in a community where six lots remain and homes sell before they hit the market. This is Benari, a small enclave in Eagle where Core Builders just finished a Signature Series home with a 43-foot RV bay, a conditioned crawl space, and the kind of construction details most buyers never see.

Eagle's median home price sits around $1 million. It's an affluent, safe community where most residents are relocators looking to build friendships, not just equity. Downtown Eagle is walkable. The neighbors are friendly. And if you want an RV bay deep enough for a full-size rig, plus the quality that comes from a builder who's been here 25 years, this is the tour you need to watch.

We're covering one home today, but the builder and the location tell a bigger story. Core Builders works with an in-house design team, interior designer, architect, drafter, so you can customize floor plans, deepen an RV bay, or move a wall without the runaround. Their agent, Kelly, has 30 years of local real estate experience. And Benari itself? It's small, it's landscaped, it has a pool and sidewalks, and it's close enough to downtown Eagle that you can bike there for dinner.

Let's walk through what makes this home, and this builder, worth your attention.

Benari: Walkable Eagle Living with RV Garage Space

Benari is a small community in Eagle with six more lots available. It has a pool, sidewalks, and mature landscaping, the kind of neighborhood where you can leave your garage door open, set up a fire pit in the driveway, and meet your neighbors without forcing it. Eagle itself is one of the most desirable suburbs in the Treasure Valley. It's safe, it's affluent, and it's full of relocators who want the same thing: a place to build community, not just own property.

My parents live next door to this community. We walk and bike to downtown Eagle all the time. That's the trade-off here. You're not in the middle of nowhere with acreage and silence. You're in a suburb where the median home price is around $1 million, and you can walk to shops and restaurants. If you want small-town Idaho living elevated to a higher scale, Eagle delivers.

This home is listed at $1,049,500. It's a Signature Series build from Core Builders, which means it comes with features most builders charge extra for: alder cabinetry in the kitchen, pantry, and laundry, all full-height; engineered hardwood and luxury carpet (the kind that feels like pillow clouds when you take your shoes off); quartz countertops with upgraded tile backsplash; and full tile surrounds in the shower and bath. No plastic inserts. The great room has 12-foot ceilings. The windows are Milgard, which means they're upgraded and energy-efficient. And the home includes up to three or four ceiling or wall details, those accent walls and beams you see in model homes that usually cost extra.

The RV bay is 43 feet deep with a high door. It's fully conditioned and insulated, so it stays warm in winter and cooler in summer. The entire garage is conditioned, actually, which is rare at this price point. There's even attic crawl space above the garage that's currently uninsulated, so you can use it for storage or insulate it later if you want.

Inside, the floor plan flows. You walk in and see 12-foot ceilings, recessed lighting, and a brick accent wall that wraps around the fireplace. There's a Smurf tube behind the cabinetry for cord management, no visible wires. The living room is pre-wired for a soundbar and surround sound. The kitchen has double Bosch ovens, a built-in ice machine, and a beverage cooler. The microwave is tucked into the pantry, so you can pop popcorn in silence while someone else watches a movie.

Core Builders adds extra insulation to interior walls for temperature control and noise mitigation. That's why the house doesn't echo even with high ceilings. They also use Schluter to finish tile edges, which a lot of builders skip. The primary bathroom has dual vanities with lights on both sides of the mirrors, a walk-in shower with two shower heads and built-ins, and a deep soaking tub under a window. The laundry room has two lights and a sink big enough to hand-wash delicates or rinse muddy boots.

The covered back patio is over 31 feet long. It's already wired for a barbecue grill. The landscaping extends to the curb, and the sprinkler system is installed and ready. Eagle has water available for lawn and garden irrigation, which not all Treasure Valley communities offer. You can actually keep a green lawn here without worrying about restrictions.

Benari is small, but that's part of the appeal. You're not navigating a sprawling HOA with a hundred rules. You're in a neighborhood where people know each other, where kids can ride bikes on the sidewalks, and where you can walk to downtown Eagle for coffee or dinner. If you want location, location, location, and you want it in the most desirable suburb in the Treasure Valley, this is it.

Core Builders: Quality You Can't See and Customization You Can

Core Builders has been in the Treasure Valley for 25 years. They were here before the boom, so they know how to build for Idaho's climate and soil conditions. They're not a fly-by-night developer trying to cash in on growth. They're a team that donates cabins to Camp Rainbow Gold, supports the Boys and Girls Club in Boise and Caldwell, and helped fund the new Eagle City Sports Park. They're local, they're established, and they build homes that sell before they hit the market.

What sets them apart is what you can't see. They add extra insulation to interior walls for temperature control and noise mitigation. They install conditioned crawl spaces that pull outside air in, keep floors warm, save on HVAC costs, and prevent moisture and flooding. The Treasure Valley has a lot of areas that require flood insurance, and we see flooding issues all over if homes aren't built properly. Core takes the extra steps. The crawl space is sealed and water-sealed, so you don't have to worry about bugs, moisture, or cold floors in the middle of the night.

They also use tankless water heaters, Smurf tubes for cord management, and pre-wiring for soundbars and surround sound. Their Signature Series includes Bosch appliances as standard, double ovens, built-in ice machine, beverage cooler. The carpet is Callaway, which is luxury-grade and standard in this series. The cabinetry is alder or similar wood and paint-grade, always full-height. The countertops are quartz with upgraded tile backsplash options. The windows are Milgard. The ceilings in the great room are 10 feet or more. And you get up to three or four ceiling or wall details included, not as an upgrade.

Core Builders also has an in-house design team: an interior designer, an architect, and a drafter. If you want to customize a floor plan, deepen an RV bay, move a wall, or change finishes, you work directly with their team. It's not a back-and-forth negotiation through a third party. It's a seamless process where you can dream up what you want and they'll tell you if it's safe, what it'll cost, and how to make it happen.

Their agent, Kelly, has 30 years of local real estate experience. When you're working with a seasoned team on both sides, your agent and theirs, the process feels like harmony. You're not fighting for every detail. You're being carried into paradise by two bodyguards who know what they're doing.

Core builds all over the Treasure Valley, including in Valnova. They offer four series: Cornerstone, Signature, Signature Select, and Pinnacle. This home is Signature Select, which is standard in Benari and Valnova. If you want to build from the ground up, manipulate a floor plan, or just make selections on a home that's further along, they can do it. And because their homes sell before they hit the market, you need to work with an agent who knows their inventory and can get you in early. That's where we come in.

Which Eagle Home Is Right for You?

If you want walkability, choose Benari. You're close enough to downtown Eagle to bike or walk to shops and restaurants. You're in a safe, affluent suburb where neighbors actually talk to each other. And you're in a small community with only six more lots available, so it won't feel like a sprawling development.

If you want customization, choose Core Builders. Their in-house design team can help you customize floor plans, deepen an RV bay, or move walls. You're not locked into a cookie-cutter layout.

If you want quality you can't see, choose Core. The conditioned crawl space, the extra insulation in interior walls, the Smurf tubes, the pre-wiring, these are details most builders skip. Core doesn't.

If you want location and you want it now, reach out. This home is for sale, but Core's homes typically sell before they hit the market. We work with their team regularly, and we can get you access to inventory that never makes it to the MLS.

Conclusion

This home has a 43-foot RV bay, a conditioned crawl space, and construction details most buyers never see. It's listed at $1,049,500, and it's a Signature Select build, which means it comes with features other builders charge extra for.
